冲突物料政策
As one of the leading tungsten enterprises in China, China Minmetals Non-ferrous Metals Holding Co., Ltd (CMN holding), is committed to the efficient development and effective utilization of non-ferrous metals. Through productive operation, our company has been active in tungsten metal resources integration. Now CMN holding has over 10 tungsten mines in China with a total capacity of over 30, 000 metric tons of tungsten concentrate. And we have three affiliated smelters which make apt and tungsten oxides. The total apt capacity is more than 20,000 mt a year. All the ores and concentrates used in the three smelters are from Minmetals internal mines and from other mines in China. The name and location of the three smelters are:
作为一家国内领先的钨企业，五矿有色金属控股有限公司一直致力于有色金属的高效发展和有效利用。通过不断的运营，公司在钨产业整合方面取得了卓有成效的进展。目前，五矿有色金属控股有限公司已经在国内拥有10家矿山，年产钨精矿能力达到30,000标吨，旗下三家冶炼厂生产仲钨酸铵和氧化钨。仲钨酸铵年产能力超过20,000吨。三家冶炼厂所需精矿原料均来自五矿旗下矿山或者中国国内的其他矿山。三家冶炼厂的名称及地址如下：
1) Chenzhou Diamond Tungsten Products Co., Lt, subsidiary of Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group Corp, is located in Chenzhou in Huan Province, China. It makes APT, AMT, tungsten trioxide and blue tungsten oxide.
郴州钻石钨制品有限责任公司，位于湖南省郴州市，生产仲钨酸铵、偏钨酸铵、黄色和蓝色氧化钨。
2) Ganzhou Huaxing Tungsten Products Co., Ltd, located in No. 58 Mafangxia in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, China. It makes APT, AMT, tungsten trioxide and blue tungsten oxide.
赣州华兴钨制品有限公司，位于江西省赣州市，生产仲钨酸铵、偏钨酸铵、黄色和蓝色氧化钨。
3) Ganbei Tungsten Industry Co., Ltd, is located in Xiushui County in Jiangxi province, China. It makes APT only.
江西省修水赣北钨业有限公司，位于江西省修水县，目前仅生产仲钨酸铵。
Minmetals is concerned about the possible link between minerals and sourcing and the company has implemented measures to assure that the products are conflict free.It is the policy of CMN and its facilities to avoid the usage of tungsten containing materials that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups from conflict-affected regions including the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and adjoining countries.
五矿一直关注于原料与渠道的整合，公司业已完善了相关程序以保证产品未使用冲突物料。五矿的冲突物料政策要求五矿公司及旗下冶炼企业都避免直接或间接使用来自非洲刚果金及其周边国家用于资助当地反政府武装的冲突物料。
In order to avoid the use of conflict minerals, we make our conflict free minerals policy according to the OECD Due Diligence Guidance.
五矿公司根据OECD的相关政策制订冲突物料政策。
Minmetals has set up the supplier code of conduct and established Raw Material Purchase Rules. All ore and concentrate used in Minmetals’ production facilities originates from Minmetals its own mines or other Chinese mines.
五矿公司已经建立起供应商监督机制和原材料采购规则。公司生产所需的原材料均来自于旗下已有矿山或者国内其他矿山企业。
We appeal to all companies and other organizations involved in tungsten mining, manufacturing, or the use of tungsten products to join us in preventing conflict minerals entering our supply chain.
我们呼吁所有的钨开采、生产或使用钨制品的相关企业和组织一起抵制冲突物料进入我们的供应链体系。
